Can Las Vegas Nv Still Be Fun For The Whole Family

How To Have A Family Fun Day In Vegas

Las Vegas is often billed as a playground for adults in where you can go and live out your wildest fantasies over the course of a weekend. It’s a brilliant marketing ploy, to be sure, but it’s really just one side of the magical city in Clark County Nv. Parents don’t usually think of Las Vegas as a particularly great family destination, but the reality is that you can take your kids there and not feel as though you have just committed an egregious parenting offense. There are plenty of places to take little ones to in Las Vegas, so let’s take a look at just a few of them.

If you do plan on going to Vegas with the kids, you might want to plan on booking a room at Circus Circus. As the name suggests, it’s a spot that is more family-friendly that most, and it even has its own theme park tucked away at the rear of the hotel. The Adventuredome Theme Park is home to rides that kids of all ages will love. The hotel itself is also at the same end of the Strip where you will find the Stratosphere, which also has some hair-raising rides available for the family. At the opposite end, there is also a great rollercoaster in New York New York, as well as a boardwalk section that offers up some fun fair types games.

The Mandalay Bay Hotel sits at the opposite end of the Strip from Circus Circus, but it’s a place you need to visit if your kids are all about sharks. The Shark Reef Aquarium is a great place to spend a few hours with the little ones, and it feature a long glass tunnel where sea creatures of all kinds, including those pesky sharks, swim overhead.

Walking up and down the Strip can get tiring for the little ones, but the good news is that there are a few ways to get off the street and out of the heat, whilst also offering up a different perspective of the city. The Paris Hotel is home to a replica of the Eiffel Tower, and it is indeed possible to take an elevator to the top to get a bird’s eye view of Vegas and beyond. The Las Vegas Observation Wheel is another great ride that lets you see the city from a different vantage point.

If you want to try something totally different with the kids, perhaps think about taking them on a gondola ride through the Venetian Hotel. You can also spend some time rubbing elbows with the stars at the Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum, which is also located close to the Venetian. If your kids love superheroes, then they will certainly get a kick out of the Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N., an interactive experience that is fun for kids of all ages.

The fact that we have just scratched the surface of things to do with your kids in Las Vegas tells you that it’s not just a place for adults, although you may still want to arrange for a babysitter so that you can have one adult night on the town.
